Slava believes that a systematic approach to teaching a language should be combined with the individual approach to every student's needs and requirements, and also that getting to know the culture and literature of the country contribute a lot to the process of studying the language. She always tryes to use and compile additional material for her classes.

Her hobbies and interests include literature, arts, photography and movies.
