My name is Timothy, I'm 33 years old and I am from South Africa.
I have been a teacher for the past 5 years and before that I was a paramedic and a rescue specialist for 12 years. I have always loved working with people. After I retired from practicing medicine and the rescue industry, I thought of a job that could connect me to people. As I started teaching, I fell in love with it.
My teaching style is fun, relaxing and very interactive. I love to talk about things that the students would use on a daily basis relating to their current life and perhaps the future instead of learning vocabulary that might not be used as often. My lessons are based on the student's wants and needs and what they enjoy doing so that they can engage better with lesson material.
I am fun and energetic both in and out of class. I love the outdoors and often pursue engaging sports with like-minded friends.
